Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Specialist to join our Crushing and Screening team in British Columbia and the Yukon. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with existing and prospective customers, and developing strategies to increase sales.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package of $70,000 annual base salary, plus commission, and an annual $12,000 vehicle allowance. You will also enjoy full health and dental benefits, as well as a company-sponsored RRSP plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Provide information about products and services to customers to increase sales
  • Work closely with the Aggregate Division Manager to develop sales programs and strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience or aggregate industry experience
  • A strong understanding of equipment knowledge and mechanical skills
  • The ability to quickly learn about new equipment and industry changes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
