About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Utility Team Member to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms.
  • Operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Empty trash and recyclables in the kitchen and other areas.
  • Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying.
  • Culinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an hour shift.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
