Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Community Services to lead our team in implementing organizational policies and programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Director of Community Services will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating departmental work, and selecting middle managers and directors. They will also represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including initiative and organized behavior.
