As a key member of our philanthropy department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of donor information, establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures, and providing substantial support to the delivery of CNIB's annual fundraising activities.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely administration of donor information in our donor database
* Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to stakeholders
* Provide substantial support to the delivery of CNIB's annual fundraising activities, including the CNIB Lake Joe camp in Muskoka, Ontario
* Support moves management activities, including monitoring and coordination
* Coordinate team functions, including material ordering and logistics, equipment and supply inventories, and team administration tasks
* Maintain high-quality stewardship practices for active donors, including reporting and record-keeping
* Manage special projects and events as required
* Ensure consistency, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all communications consistent with CNIB's brand
* Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in philanthropy and conduct research
* Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action
* Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and provide customer service

Requirements:

* Computer and technology knowledge, including SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
* Database management skills
* Business administration and management experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
