The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. As the Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with customers, manufacturer partners, and account managers, serving as the point of contact for new clients and assigned accounts to accelerate the adoption and usage of GFS services.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and enhance market position by identifying, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, and financials to screen potential business deals.
- Closely work with sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop proposals that meet client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of prior experience in sales.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in national account management.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience working and leading in a fast-paced work environment.
