Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a physically demanding environment. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.

- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
