Food Service Manager

Zennoodlehouse&sizzler is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, team player, initiative, and dependability
