We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Operations Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, training other workers, recording meeting minutes, and establishing office procedures.
This role involves scheduling appointments, managing contracts, answering phone calls, and compiling data statistics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- 1-6 months experience in a similar role
- Permanent position, 32-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
