Job Title: First Officer LR45

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Officer to join our team at Sunwest Aviation. As a First Officer, you will be responsible for executing the duties and responsibilities associated with the LR45 aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all duties and responsibilities as required for the LR45 aircraft.
  • Adhere to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Deputy Chief Pilot, performing any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Follow a structured schedule of 12 days on duty followed by 5 consecutive days off.

Requirements:

  • Valid Commercial Pilot License and Airline Transport Pilot License or IATRA exams written.
  • Hold a PPC and maintain currency for an airplane in the responsible aircraft grouping.
  • 750 hours Total Time
  • 100 hours PIC
  • 300 hours Multi
  • Preference will be given to time on type.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
  • Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Display good organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adhere to the safety accountabilities outlined in Sunwest's Safety Management System manual.
