Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Lear 45 aircraft in a safe and proficient manner.
  • Perform all required duties and responsibilities associated with the Lear 45 aircraft.
  • Adhere to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot.
  • Follow a structured schedule of 12 days on duty followed by 5 consecutive days off.

Requirements:

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence, along with a valid Instrument and Type rating (if required).
  • 3,500 hours Total Time.
  • 2,000 hours PIC.
  • 2,000 hours Multi-Engine.
  • 1,500 hours Multi PIC.
  • 200 hours jet.
  • Prior experience on the Lear 45 is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adherence to the safety accountabilities as per Sunwest's Safety Management System manual.
