Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Officer to join our LR45 flight crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the duties and responsibilities associated with the LR45 aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all duties and responsibilities as required for the LR45 aircraft.
  • Adhere to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
  • Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Deputy Chief Pilot, performing any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Follow a structured schedule of 12 days on duty followed by 5 consecutive days off.
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Pilot License and Airline Transport Pilot License or IATRA exams written.
  • Hold a PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check) and maintain currency for an airplane in the responsible aircraft grouping.
  • 750 hours Total Time
  • 100 hours PIC
  • 300 hours Multi
  • Preference will be given to time on type.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
  • Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Display good organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adhere to the safety accountabilities outlined in Sunwest's Safety Management System manual.
