Poste de Directeur Financier

Notre équipe de Distribution Directe de belairdirect recherche un professionnel expérimenté pour occuper le poste de Directeur Financier. Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir l'unité d'affaires dans la production, l'analyse et la communication d'informations financières.

Responsabilités
  • Coordonner la revue, l'analyse et la communication des résultats financiers et des prévisions sur une base régulière
  • Assurer l'intégrité, l'exactitude et l'intégralité des données et informations financières
  • Gérer le processus de clôture de fin de mois, y compris les écritures de journal, les réconciliations et les contrôles
  • Soutenir l'équipe de direction avec leurs demandes et projets ad-hoc
  • Assurer le développement continu des employés sous votre supervision, avec la gestion du recrutement et l'évaluation de la performance
Compétences requises
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité financière, en finance d'entreprise, en audit ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Réflexe stratégique, forte capacité d'analyse, très bien organisé et rigoureux
  • Capacité à diriger plusieurs projets en même temps
  • Proactif, créatif et faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe
  • Bilinguisme requis (Français / Anglais)
