Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SAKANA GRILL INC. O/A POINT SUSHI. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, managing inventory, and leading a team of cooks.

Responsibilities:

- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in food preparation and handling
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records
- Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
