Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SANDHU ENTERPRISES INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and standards.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses, including labor, inventory, and equipment costs, to ensure we meet our financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
