- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our operations are financially sustainable.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented attractively and safely.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity and standing for extended periods.
- Experience an asset, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
