Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high-volume food service demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that our food preparation and presentation meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Language: English

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
