At FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD., we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.
