About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy and build a scalable foundation to support our growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for evaluating and championing all people, culture, talent, and organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- HEADHUNT AND SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES
- MANAGE THE FULL RECRUITMENT CYCLE, INCLUDING SCREENINGS, INTERVIEWS, NEGOTIATION, AND REFERENCE CHECKS
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE CREATIVE RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT
- MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS PLATFORMS
- STAY CURRENT WITH LATEST MARKET AND TALENT ACQUISITION TRENDS
What We Offer
- $40,000 per year base salary, plus $750 commission for each successfully filled role
