We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is passionate about attracting quality candidates and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to support our continued growth and success. Reporting to the our senior leadership team, the will be responsible for supporting the company's ambitious growth needs. Evaluating and championing all people, culture, talent, and organizational strategies to build a scalable foundation to support North American and International growth.
Use a variety of channels to source qualified candidates, including social networks, online recruitment platforms, and professional events.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the onboarding of new employees (including negotiating with selected candidates, job offers, benefits, and conditions).
Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screenings, interviews, negotiation, and reference checks.
Identify, source, and maintain a pipeline of candidates through a variety of platforms: social media, job boards, networking, headhunting, external agencies, etc.
Creatively build new recruitment strategies capable of attracting top talent.
Act as an employer brand ambassador to provide an outstanding candidate experience.
Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects, and processes.
Keep up-to-date with trends and advancements in the market and talent acquisition to stay competitive.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a start-up environment with a focus on high volume recruiting for entry to senior level roles.
~ Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes.
~ Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, to attract top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines.
~ A consultative approach to recruitment: Comprehensive understanding and application of recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and values.
~ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent work history.
~ Completed (or working toward) CHRP designation is an asset.
