About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in leading investigations, providing support on key initiatives, and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure employee relations issues are addressed in accordance with employment laws and Sephora's core values.
  • Explore and resolve complex or sensitive employee complaints, issues, and concerns with cross-functional partnerships and retail business leaders.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement effective management practices and employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Use data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders and managers on a broad range of serious/complex ER issues.
  • Enhance overall culture and drive proactive employee relations and engagement.
Requirements
  • Progressive HR/ER experience preferably in the retail industry, with a minimum 2-3 years of direct ER experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree and Human Resources certification such as a CHRP/CPHR.
  • Excellent issue resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and anticipate issues.
  • Fluently bilingual in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
