Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales leadership role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated passion for the sporting goods industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
