Early Childhood Educator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Calgary, Canada. As an ECE, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages children to explore and discover.
* Observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
* Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning and development, ensuring a seamless transition between home and school.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom that promotes a sense of community and belonging.

**Requirements:**

* Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Valid ECE certification in Canada.
* Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting the goals and objectives of the organization.
