About this role

We are seeking an IT Business Systems Administrator to join our IT Department at our Burnaby office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise for assigned systems, including ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or relevant systems replacements.
  • Completing assigned elements of the systems implementation cycle, including envisioning, defining user requirements, preparing technical specifications, building prototypes, performing system tests, and preparing relevant documentation and training material.
  • Developing and supporting required integrations with other data sources and systems.
  • Maintaining and supporting the financial and business environment, including troubleshooting systems issues, testing, and implementing program fixes and enhancements integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborating with peers in IT and business units, and external parties to provide support for applications maintenance, modification, and enhancements as required.
  • Creating comprehensive technical system documentation and providing training to users to ensure business requirements are met and system performance is optimized.

Salary range: $85,000-$90,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
