Restaurant Manager Job Description

Subway (1041956 BC) is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
