Job DescriptionIn this role as a Transaction Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial part in preventing fraud and protecting customers' financial interests. Your primary responsibilities will be to respond to calls from customers who wish to dispute transactions on their account, support clients with concerns related to disputed transactions, analyze suspicious transactions, and provide detailed assistance in the dispute process. Building trust with customers, internal colleagues, and partners is also essential for success in this position.
Requirements and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma, experience in customer service or consulting services, and the ability to support clients and make decisions. Your strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex situations effectively.
Training and DevelopmentOur comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. You will receive a day training course lasting about 4 weeks, followed by hands-on training on the lines supported by expert colleagues for about 2 weeks.
