About the Role:

Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Physician Compensation Team, you will play a critical role in maximizing value and minimizing risk in relationships with physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Physician Compensation Team in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize physician relationships.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the Manager, Physician Compensation, to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Ministry of Health, Health Authority, and physician contract negotiation processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IH Managers to provide strategic advice on contractual decisions.
  • Provide administrative and data support to the Manager in project work.
  • Ensure the smooth working and continuous development of the performance management system.
  • Support the development of training materials and policies related to contractual compliance and change.
