About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at A.T. Auto Repair Ltd. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing motor vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Motor Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections of motor vehicles to identify any issues or defects.
  • Repair and Maintain Vehicles: Use your technical skills to repair and maintain motor vehicles, including adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance services on motor vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure they are running efficiently.
  • Advise Customers: Provide customers with information about the work performed and any future repair requirements.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be exposed to dusty, dirty, and noisy conditions, and will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience is required.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
