Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Brand Operations to join our team at MTY Food Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies across packaging, marketing, and merchandising tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Direct the development of long-term vision, business planning, and strategies to improve business unit performance.
    • Support the President and Chief Operating Officer with reports, analysis, and proposed scenarios to enable informed decision-making.
    • Lead brand-building processes, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
    • Educate and communicate Corporate Brand vision, mission, strategies, and goals to cross-functional teams.
  • Operations and Administration:
    • Lead the execution of marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
    • Drive Corporate Brand growth by applying knowledge of competitive sets, consumer trends, and business needs.
    • Develop and manage product forecasts, analyzing trends and making recommendations on forecast changes.
    • Identify and implement cost savings and new product improvement opportunities in partnership with key cross-functional groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in managing franchisee/franchisor relationships at a senior level.
  • Brand building, marketing, and brand management expertise.
  • Consumer targeting and equity development exposure.
  • Experience in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment preferred.
Benefits
  • $140,000 - $160,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
  • 3 weeks' vacation and 5 mobile days.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days at the office required.
