About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to join our team at MTY Food Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for championing our brand and driving preference with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing, and operations, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term vision and strategies to improve business unit performance
  • Lead brand-building processes and ensure alignment with corporate brand strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and services that meet customer needs
  • Manage budgets and financials to ensure meeting company objectives
  • Provide coaching and consultation to Franchisees to improve operations and drive sales
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in managing franchisee/franchisor relationships at a senior level
  • Strong brand building, marketing, and operations expertise
  • Experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant environment preferred
  • Able to manage projects independently and handle multiple tasks assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Puts the Customer First - anticipates customer needs, champions for the customer, acts with customers in mind, exceeds customers' expectations, gains customers' trust and respect
  • Communicates effectively and candidly - communicates clearly and directly, approachable, relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and seeks feedback, articulates clearly, actively listens (in French and English)

  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
  • 3 weeks vacation and 5 mobile days
  • Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days at the office required
