Job Title: Market Development Representative

At Encore Market Engagement, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key store personnel and retail sales associates
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness
  • Travel within assigned territory to visit stores, provide product training, and ensure in-store marketing standards are maintained
  • Engage customers during high-traffic times at select demo events to drive sales of brand products
  • Facilitate training sessions for retail associates and managers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Provide merchandising services to deliver point-of-sale materials and ensure compliance verification
  • Gather market intelligence and provide field insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-support in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years of territory sales and merchandising experience or training experience
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and have full access to a reliable vehicle
