Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Ricart Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating with other departments and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring that all materials and supplies are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects, and prepare and maintain progress reports.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on any issues that may arise.
  • Keep track of shipments, including monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that all materials and supplies are delivered on time.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking inventory levels and ensuring that all materials and supplies are properly stored and secured.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, ensuring that all agreements are fair and reasonable.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
