About the Role

Ricart Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments and units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and movements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
