Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Ricart Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Prepare and submit reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Estimate and manage materials and labor requirements for production and other projects.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow up on issues with work orders, resolving any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and service.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
