Rush Truck Centres of Canada, a leading commercial vehicle dealership group in North America, is seeking an experienced Heavy Truck Service Advisor. **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for scheduling service repair work, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and providing customers with accurate written cost estimates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scheduling service appointments and managing repair orders
- Providing customers with clear and concise information about repairs and costs
- Ensuring compliance with OHSA regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with the Service Manager to optimize service efficiency
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in heavy truck, automotive, or related industry
- Strong customer service skills and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
