  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising and marketing decisions.
  • Determine merchandise assortment and services offered, aligning with customer demand and sales potential.
  • Implement pricing and credit policies, balancing revenue growth with profitability.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, leveraging various channels to reach customers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize financial performance.
  • Determine staffing requirements, adjusting headcount as needed to meet business demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • English language proficiency

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
