Job Title: Merchandising Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Service Manager to join our team at Reno Depot. As a Merchandising Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of merchandising, project, and merchandising servicing activities in our stores. Your primary goal will be to ensure a clean, safe, accessible, and appealing shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Execution: Oversee the execution of merchandising, project, and merchandising servicing activities in our stores.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Merchandising Service Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects, including resets, bay servicing, and other merchandising initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Store Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a safe and clean store environment, detecting and reporting any hazards or security risks.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and manage the performance of Merchandising Service Associates, providing feedback and coaching opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of customer service or retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment, or one year of experience in a store from the Reno Depot network.
  • Management Experience: One year of management experience as a team lead or leading others in a formal or informal capacity.
  • Merchandising Experience: One year of merchandising experience, including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience managing projects, including resets, bay servicing, and other merchandising initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams, field leaders, and corporate teams.
