Job Title: Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Pavers Inc. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep.

Responsibilities:
- Perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants as needed.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies within the premises.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on maintenance and repair work.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, while additional education or certifications are an asset.
- Proficiency in English is necessary, and fluency in other languages may be beneficial.

Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed on-site, without the option for remote work.
- Repetitive tasks and bending, crouching, kneeling may be involved in this role.

Compensation:
