About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Director to join our team at Intellijoint Surgical Inc.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for leading our inventory management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing inventory levels. As an Inventory Management Director, you will work closely with our Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices. They will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce losses
  • Analyze product turnover and identify opportunities to improve inventory rotation and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and implement sales and inventory processes that meet customer needs
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage consignment agreements and inventory policies to ensure effective utilization and tracking of company assets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
