Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
