Job Summary:

BeachHead Inc. is seeking a skilled Settlement Officer to support our top financial clients. As a key point of contact between custodians and clients, you will ensure smooth settlement of metals. Your role will involve researching and resolving discrepancies, as well as issuing or escalating issues to the manager as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly invoices and dispatches, maintaining accurate records, and processing daily metal settlements and customer transfer requests. You will also update financial and inventory systems, generate shipping documentation and invoices, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly invoices and dispatches within the required timeline
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes
• Process daily metal settlements and customer transfer requests
• Update financial and inventory systems accordingly
• Generate shipping documentation and invoices
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Over 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing process, invoices, and high-level communication
• Previous logistic experience preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of business units' products and services, processes, and controls
• Proficiency in standard desktop applications (e.g., Excel) and departmental systems and applications

Desired Skills:
• Previous experience in the financial industry
• Understanding of business units' risk and regulatory requirements
