Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration and Gap Analysis
    • Work closely with senior management to understand business plans and priorities.
    • Assess current Securities Clearing capabilities and identify gaps for resolution.
    • Provide specialized operational processing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Complex Project Management
    • Direct multi-faceted projects across geographic locations, including NY, London, and Singapore.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Implement new processes, systems solutions, and controls to drive operational efficiency.
  • Global Securities Clearing Process and Policy Direction
    • Influence and direct Securities Clearing processes across various business lines, including Fixed Income, Global Equities, Derivatives, and Prime Services.
    • Ensure global operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Manage and develop subordinate staff to ensure efficient operations and objective attainment.
  • Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in securities, banking, or financial services.
  • Expertise in securities clearing, settlements, and operations.
  • Experience in coaching and performance management.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with banking operational and compliance policies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and infrastructure regulations.
  • Multi-depository and multi-time zone operations experience.
  • Proficiency in banking systems and technology platforms.
  • Strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
