Job Title: Property Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: Oversee the hiring and supervision of rental agents, building superintendents, and support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Lease Agreement Management: Ensure that terms of lease agreements are met and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Repair and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, and monitor progress and cost for property owners.
  • Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports.
  • Client Communication: Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, and maintain excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
