The Property Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rental properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are executed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in property management or a related field
- Recruit and oversee rental agents and building superintendents to ensure optimal property management.
- Monitor compliance with lease agreements and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
- Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Track the progress and expenses of work on behalf of property owners.
- Maintain detailed records of operating expenses and income for properties.
- Generate reports on expenses and income to inform property owners.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries from clients or tenants.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Dependable and trustworthy in managing property operations.
- Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- A true team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication will be English.
