Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. As a member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identify appropriate nursing interventions, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Delivery: Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing chronic conditions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Nursing
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current registration with the relevant provincial nursing regulatory body and CPR certification
