About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval

Review and approve or reject loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Client Support

Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by providing personalized solutions for business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.

Documentation and Administration

Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

Account Management

Manage client accounts, including opening new personal and non-personal accounts, and providing access to automated banking services.

Security and Safety

Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including basic security clearance.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Skills

Excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
