Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates. Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and investment products
  • Assist customers with financial planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services
