Job Title: General Manager, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Your Immigration Company - YIC Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
