About the RoleThis key leadership position will oversee the consolidation of the Technology Operations team with Enterprise Architecture, playing a pivotal role in defining BCI's future technology landscape. The successful candidate will lead large-scale initiatives across cloud infrastructure, digital workplace services, enterprise architecture, and disaster recovery, ensuring our technology platforms are resilient, scalable, and ready to support our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategically important operational and architectural initiatives, driving business outcomes through technical decision-making.
- Partner with BCI's Enterprise Solutions and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Oversight of multiple teams of internal and external resources, building and maintaining strategic relationships with third-party partners.
- Ensure that BCI's technology assets are stable, modernized, and positioned to deliver maximum value.
Located in either Vancouver or Victoria, this exciting opportunity offers a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $180,000-$230,000, with actual pay determined by performance levels.
