We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead our company's strategic planning and vision. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Job OverviewAs the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide leadership and direction to our team, aligning business operations with company goals and policies. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with directors and executives to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Overseeing operational efficiency, quality, and cost management
- Identifying opportunities for growth and directing implementation activities
- Establishing and approving company procedures, policies, and standards
- Evaluating performance of executives and contributing to company objectives
- Promoting the company and representing us to various audiences
- Leading staff development, motivation, and performance evaluation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Ability to formulate policy and develop new strategies and procedures
- Flexibility to work long hours as required
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
