About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Library team as a Student, Library. In this role, you will work closely with our Client Relations team to support information professionals in delivering high-quality research services to our researchers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute service requests for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
  • Search and summarize key executives to create executive profiles for senior leadership
  • Assist with print collection weeding and digitization of historical documents
  • Curate information alerts using news and media databases
  • Support various tasks or projects from other managers within the division

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a degree in information technology or library technology at a college or university (undergraduate level)
  • Returning to school in the next academic term
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a team environment
